Shipping of non-Dangerous Goods to the following locations may take additional time as compared to shipments within the continental U.S.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired
Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons
Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for the same one due to defects or damage, please contact us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift or were sent to the gift giver first, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Warranty
In addition to our 30-day money back guarantee, Eyesafe provides the following product warranties:
Eyewear Exchange/Upgrade: Eyewear may be exchanged or upgraded within the first 90 days of purchase. 1-Year Warranty: Eyesafe warrants any defective or non-conforming Eyewear for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Eligible claims will receive a full exchange at no cost.
